Work stress in teachers of an Educational Institution in the city of Lima

Abstract
Introduction. Work stress is currently one of the main problems worldwide because it not only generates problems in the health of employees but also causes economic losses in the organization. Objective. Determine the level of work stress in teachers of an educational institution in Lima Materials and methods. A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out in which 86 teachers participated and the instrument used was the ILO-WHO work stress questionnaire. Results. The most frequent stress level in this work group was the intermediate level of stress with 84.88% and stress with 15.12%. Conclusion. It is necessary to deepen the study of this important problem together with other labor variables.
