Management of processes for the improvement of learning in a public educational institution of Peru

Abstract
The objective of this article is to make a correlation on the management of processes for the improvement of learning in a public educational institution in Peru. Initially, some antecedents related to job performance and training are raised; subsequently, a definition of the management of processes and learning is made, and finally both variables are dimensioned, determining their indicators with the determination of their conceptions, to have a broad panorama of their scope. It was concluded that there is evidence to affirm that Process Management is significantly related to the improvement of learning, according to the personnel of appointed and contracted teachers surveyed, of the Educational Institution No. 1251 "Peruano Suizo" of Santa Clara, being that the coefficient of Spearman's Rho correlation of 0.602, with which it presents a medium correlation between the variables.
