Implementation of Communicative Competences towards the strengthening of the Differentiated Social interaction

Abstract
The investigation determined the effect of the proposed communicative competences to strengthen the differentiated social interaction in the institutions of Circuit 05-06, District 06 of Guayaquil, 2021. With an applied methodology and quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, the non- probabilistic sample It was constituted with 28 teachers from the controlled group and 28 from the experienced group, using the same test that consisted of 26 items approved by experts on two occasions, which showed a coefficient of w 0.851 through McDonald's Omega. Whose descriptive results stated in the posttest of the control group a preponderance of the low interval of 100.00% and a high interval 100.00% in the experimental group; On the other hand, the inferential data reflected the use of the Student's t value of (t = -6.693) with a Sig. = .000 in the pretest and the Mann Whitney U (U = .000) with a Sig. = , 000 in the posttest, checking the general hypothesis as well as the specific hypotheses, admitting the affirmative hypothesis. Establishing as a conclusion that the program of communicative competences originated significant changes in the differentiated social interaction and its dimensions.
