Pedagogical supervision and labor conflicts of the institution's teachers

Abstract
The fundamental reason for the present investigation was to establish a link between the pedagogical supervision and labor conflicts found in the teachers of the Educational Institution No. 1255, district of Ate, Lima, 2018. The approach used was the quantitative one, being of a basic type, with a non experimental, transversal - correlational design. The population is census was made up of 85 teachers. The results determined that the pedagogical supervision is directly related (Rho = 0, 776) and significantly (p = 0.000) with the labor conflicts of the teachers of the Educational Institution No. 1255, district of Ate, Lima, 2018. The hypothesis is verified raised and their relationship turned out to be high.
