Learning Based on the Problem in Virtual modality in undergraduate Human Medicine

Abstract
The objective of the article was to reflect on the effects of the implementation of the virtual problem-based learning strategy on the achievement of competencies in the medical university student. The research was based on a descriptive bibliographic review, using scientific articles as primary sources of information, in which ten articles sent in the results were rescued after having specified the methodological process, these were classified in tables: the first with general data, the second with the results of the investigations and the third with conclusions. With all this, it was concluded that the implementation of the virtual problem-based learning strategy has positive effects on the achievement of competencies in the medical university student, this has been seen in the various advantages that they represent in critical thinking, collaborative work, accurate evaluations, and improvement in decision-making. In addition, it must be emphasized that this will have a relevant impact on the future of the university student at a professional level, since they will be a competent graduate and suitable for the different realities with their objectives that arise on a day-to-day basis.
