Main Article Content
Abstract
The only constant in the world is change, crises, Covid-19 and among other situations that alter the business environment, the objective was to carry out a systematic review of the concept of resilience in the business context. Information management was the result of 37 bibliographic reviews without any limitation of years of publication of different scientific articles in Spanish and English. The characteristics that constitute resilient companies and the strategies to improve it are described. Business resilience is starting a new challenge after a crisis, which must be developed through innovation because no organization is alien to disruptive moments, which through it allows adaptation and that they must implement a management area of risks in order to identify possible threats.
