Sexual and Reproductive Education at the Secondary Level: review article.

Abstract
Sexual and reproductive education is necessary in teaching in schools, in a society that changes rapidly and continuously, a controversial issue that is gaining strength and that seeks to create responsibility among young people. Objective: To know the situation in which the teaching of sexual and reproductive education is found at the secondary level. Methodology: The design of the descriptive review study is systematic of a retrospective nature, since it was made up of publications on sexual and reproductive education at the secondary level that have been carried out previously. It was made up of articles between the years 2015 to 2020.
Results: it was found that teachers are still not prepared for an intervention in this type of teaching, teacher training in many cases is deficient, that young people are in great uncertainty and seek other means of information. Conclusions: The students stated that the topics applied at the secondary level on sexuality are biased and do not meet expectations, and they themselves clarify their doubts using their own means, causing in the short term premature pregnancies, a higher rate of venereal infections and school dropout. In addition, they stated that teachers are not properly trained to be able to solve the existing problem.
