Abstract
The present research work aims to identify the organizational structure of new ventures in the transport sector in the face of the current pandemic such as covid-19, the research proposes to show with a general organization chart how the organization is divided functionally and hierarchically and how it should be in case of failures in the same, also a flow chart detailing the customer service process with respect to the transport service
As part of the problem, it is exposed how covid-19 has affected the transport sector and the problems that entrepreneurship entails when taking it empirically, as part of the background, what happened with the tourism sector is rescued and how this affects in some way. direct to the transport sector and how solutions have been provided to the global problem that is covid-19 and the importance of having an organizational structure, in the theoretical framework the types of organization charts, their purpose and how it is The organizational structure, as part of The methodology used various data collection methods and techniques, among which the most important was the interview, which allowed a more precise data collection of a new venture in the transport sector and a new venture in the same sector.
