Occupational safety and health during times of COVID-19 in the Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Ventanilla, 2020.

Abstract
This article seeks to determine the impact of the implementation of measures for the surveillance, prevention and control of COVID-19 in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Ventanilla, 2020. A descriptive qualitative approach study was carried out with a non-experimental methodological design using the triangulation analysis of data obtained from structured interviews with 3 key informants, direct observation and documentary analysis of primary sources. The following conclusions were obtained: a) The measures for the surveillance, prevention and control of COVID-19 at work have not been progressively implemented in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Ventanilla,2020. and b) When analyzing safety and health at work in the Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Ventanilla al año 2020, the finding of deficiencies in relation to legal non-compliance and the lack of documentation of the processes and mandatory records in the SGSST that they put into risk the culture of prevention of occupational risks.
