Abstract

The corruption of public policies in Peru originated from the conquest of the Spanish. Bad habits, bad traditions and the lust for political power were the foundations of public policies, which unleashed corruption in the consciousness of society. Republican life reflected this nefarious political and social mode, in the midst of ignorance, mistreatments, humiliation and poverty.
The governance did not care about these needs, turning the quality of life to very poor. The story tells a bad education and illiteracy. The corrupt mentality defined politicians in every hierarchical order. A new perspective stands tall to attack this endemic evil with new policies.
