The results focus on the process of domination with profound consequences, inputs that aim to contribute to the objective contemporary balance of the adaptation and adoption of stateism foreign to the socio-territorial reality installed by a distorted peripheral creolism that creates structural backwardness and poverty without achievements of self-control. provincial at present.
