Human Talent as a Resource for Competitiveness in Public Management.

Abstract
Objective: To carry out an analysis of the literary production related to the management of human talent as a resource used by public management to increase its competitiveness, through a bibliographic review and under the New Public Management (NGP) approach. Materials and methods: Scientific articles published in the last 5 years in internationally renowned journals were used. Applying the first filter, that of agreement with the title, two more were applied to the articles found: that of agreement with the objective of our research and that were related to the public sector. Results: From a total of 50 articles, 20 were finally chosen, the same ones that developed the context of human management as a tool to achieve an improvement in the public sector, based on these, a description of the subject is made. Conclusion: Talent management represents an important tool for public organizations because, if done correctly, it is of great help to increase their productivity.
