Abstract
The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) in the framework of the Covid-
19 pandemic, its action becomes important since through the activities that will be developed through
the Annual Health and Safety Plan at Work (PASST) in this area of action, activities will be carried
out complying with recommendations indicated by the International Labor Organization (ILO) in
accordance with the detailed mandates in many documents indicated by the World Health
Organization, governing bodies in prevention of occupational hazards and occupational diseases
respectively, which are replicated in Peru through the Ministry of Labor (MINTRA) and the Ministry
of Health (MINSA) in order to minimize the risks of the spread of SARS.CO.V2, through Actions
that employers must take before the workers are reinstated to carry out work in person
